Ken D. Berry, MD – Board Certified Fellow in Family Medicine, author of LIES MY DOCTOR TOLD ME.

Jacqueline A. Eberstein, R.N. is a registered nurse who has more than 40 years of experience both personally and clinically using a low carbohydrate approach. She has managed her own health to avoid type 2 diabetes and morbid obesity: both conditions that run in her family.

For almost 30 years she worked closely with Dr. Robert Atkins. At the time of Dr. Atkins’ death in 2003, she was the Director of Medical Education at The Atkins Center for Complementary Medicine. Her experiences were wide ranging including the education of physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners and nutritionists on the principles and protocols of the Atkins Lifestyle and Complementary Medicine.

She has written numerous articles, lectured internationally and co-authored the New York Times best-seller Atkins Diabetes Revolution.


Maria Emmerich

Maria  is a nutritionist who specializes in the ketogenic diet and exercise physiology. She struggled with her health and weight throughout childhood which lead her to become such a passionate nutrition expert. “My goal is to help transform people’s lives and start living again!” Maria specializes in brain neurotransmitters and how food can increase mental wellness. Her expertise has sent her around the World speaking about ketogenic diets.

She spends the majority of her time with clients around the World via Skype with amazing results. Ellenie Georgiou

You might know Ellenie Georgiou from either her instagram handle The LCHF Lifestyle, where she loves to share her delicious recipes to her nutrient dense LCHF Ketogenic lifestyle. Her “Talking All Things Keto” interview series where she asks a different guest the same 10-questions just to demonstrate how different we all do Keto. Or from her I Love My Health Coach business, where as a certified Health Coach she is passionate about helping people heal and transform their body’s and beliefs, so that they can look and perform better than ever.

Ellenie struggled most of her life with her own weight and health issues, despite a “healthy” lifestyle and it wasn’t until her 40’s and starting a LCHF Ketogenic diet that she was finally able to lose weight and keep it off, feel great and manage her anxiety, depression and migraines.

She thought, surely, all that training would help her get fit and thin. She at the high carbohydrate, low fat diet recommended to endurance athletes. Debbie Potts has been in the fitness industry for over twenty-five years and a competitive endurance athlete for twenty years. Neisha Salas-Berry

Neisha Salas-Berry has been a nurse for over 10 years, and has been in healthcare since she was 18 years old. She has always had a strong desire to be in a field where she could help as many people as possible so nursing was her career choice from an early age. She has specialized in geriatrics as well as labor and delivery and now works full time with her husband Dr. Ken Berry to bring information to the masses on how to optimize health through nutrition. Robert Sikes

From a measly 115 pounds to a miserable 230 pounds to a ketogenic professional bodybuilder, Robert has blazed his own trail.

Robert was not dealt a good hand with regards to becoming an elite bodybuilder.  He was skinny as a rail and had no gym experience whatsoever. His first bench was an ice chest and his first weight set was pieces of loose steel his father had laying around the shop.  He didn’t have a clue about nutrition or training but he was hungry to learn.

He started following conventional wisdom in the bodybuilding community that suggested he eat TONS of calories (mostly from crap carbs) to gain muscle.  So…he did. He ate 6,000 calories a day and went from skinny to fat with the hopes of someday competing.

He continued to follow conventional wisdom when he prepped for his first bodybuilding competition, this was, a disaster.  He won the show but at quite a cost. He lost 70 pounds in three months, nearly starved himself to death, lost a ton of hard earned muscle, and developed extreme eating disorders.

There had to be a better way….Then, Robert discovered the keto diet.  For the past 4 years he has maintained a strict ketogenic lifestyle year round.  He stays keto-adapted during his offseason, throughout his contest prep, for peak week, and post show.  He has since won his pro-card, all while following the ketogenic diet. This new way of life has allowed him to 10X his performance physically AND mentally!

Robert created the brand “Keto Savage” to share the wisdom of the ketogenic diet.  It embodies the legacy he is trying to leave: “Believe in yourself, dig deep in your passion, and put in the work.  You can become extraordinary”
